You are responsible for how you configure TraceDart, the data your websites send to TraceDart, and the notices or consent flows required for your visitors.
You are responsible for keeping your dashboard login and API keys secure. If you believe your account or key has been exposed, revoke the key or contact TraceDart.
Do not use TraceDart to break the law, track people on properties you do not control, bypass access controls, collect sensitive personal data unnecessarily, or send passwords, payment details, health data, government identifiers, or other highly sensitive data through custom event properties.
Do not attempt to overload, reverse engineer, abuse, resell, or interfere with the service.
TraceDart provides tooling for analytics and visitor identity. It does not replace your responsibility to comply with privacy, data protection, cookie, marketing, consumer protection, or industry-specific laws that apply to your websites.
If you use TraceDart on a public website, your own privacy notice should explain that analytics and visitor identity technology may be used.
TraceDart is provided as operated and may change over time. Features, limits, retention behavior, and infrastructure may be updated as the product evolves.
The service is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
These terms may be updated as TraceDart changes. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the updated terms.
